Progress

Learning from Experience

We believe change is possible. Poverty and precarity are not inevitable. We see signs of progress everyday — changes in how people understand a problem or solution, engage democratic systems and structures, behave toward one another, and influence public policy.

We’re working on issues that span generations. That’s why we move at the speed of trust and take steps in the direction of our ambitious goals daily. We witness leaps forward, disappointing setbacks and even inertia, and count them as signs of progress. We value all of these experiences as our best teachers.
