Why Workers Voice Matters

On Tuesday, March 16th, Dr. Jim Stanford and the Centre for Future Work for the launched a new report, Speaking Up, Being Heard, Making Change: the Theory and Practice of Worker Voice in Canada Today.  Written by Jim and Daniel Poon, the report is an in-depth look into Canadian workplaces to examine what workers’ voice is, why workers need an organized voice at work and why the whole economy functions better when they have one.
