Farah Malik is Atkinson’s Manager, Finance and Administration. Before joining full-time in 2021, Farah worked with the Foundation as a contractor for six years and ran her consulting firm of accounting and bookkeeping serving diverse nonprofit equity-seeking groups and organizations. Prior to immigrating to Canada from Pakistan in 2008 she worked on children’s rights and regional peace organizing peace campaigns between India and Pakistan engaging children and artists of both countries. Her educational background is in accounting and human resources administration, and she is currently pursuing her CPA.  As a human rights activist, Farah joins hands with the people and groups who raise our collective voice for justice and peace here in Canada and everywhere else in the world. She has served on the boards of non-profit organizations and is currently on the board of Committee of Progressive Pakistani-Canadians.
